super stay downtown!
excellent location friendly staff great access
I loved how close the hotel was to everything. macy's was just across the street, such an awesome perk, i could walk to times square easily! the staff were friendly. Janis and marlyn especially, were helpful and really enhanced my experience. the location is fabulous.
The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. But it was manageable.

The king room city view had a comfortable king bed and provided views of the city. The microwave and small refrigerator were handy additions to the room, i appreciate that. the room also featured a coffee machine.

The check-in was efficient. The staff was readily available to assist with needs throughout my visit and were super friendly too. they also stored luggage after checkout. front desk representatives were professional and helpful.

The gym is located in the basement. This was a great convenience, awesome for workouts . the hotel offers breakfast. i liked that inside the number, there is a safe, a hair dryer, gel, shampoo, iron, microwave, and refrigerator.

This hotel has a really awesome location in the heart of everything. penn station and many attractions were within walking distance. This made exploring the city easy. the proximity to subway lines and restaurants was amazing too!

Fantastic Location and Great Room!
perfect location comfortable beds great bathroom
The hotel location worked perfectly! It was close to many things to see. I could walk to important spots. The room we stayed in had two double beds. Those beds were comfortable! The room was big enough for our family. The bathroom was great and had all that you would need.

Really good Stay!
superb location professional staff clean room practical design
The location was superb, convenient to major avenues and public transportation. I found the reception staff very professional. They were always ready to assist with a smile. I really liked that my room was clean and well maintained daily. The room size fully met my needs, and the bathroom had a practical design.
The car service recommendation from the front desk wasn't ideal. I think a taxi or ride-share app might be a better option.

The elevators worked efficiently, ensuring quick access to all floors. I also noticed the hotel provided luggage storage, which proved convenient for early arrivals and late departures. The hotel included a microwave and a fridge, useful for storing snacks and beverages.

This hotel is close to main attractions like the Empire State Building. The subway station nearby made it easy to explore different city areas. The surrounding area had a good selection of restaurants and shops!!!

awful coffee unpleasant air
The included breakfast was a serious letdown. i found pre-made sandwiches reheated in a microwave. a plastic container of fruit in syrup and a drink completed the meal. The coffee tasted awful. the room's air conditioning blasted unpleasant air

convenient central location unfriendly staff poor service
the location was convenient. it was close to many attractions.
the staff were UNFRIENDLY at check-in. i reminded me of they could care less that i was there. this seriously dampened MY excitement for the trip.
